I forgot Thommo scored so many goals. OK, he had a rather wobbly spell as our pen taker, but that is still a good return for a midfielder and a sensational return against "the smell"

Remember, his quality 4 year spell was sandwiched in between 18 months of poor form / benchwarming at the start and end of his career.

A real up and down trip for Thommo - someone should showcase his 7 year spell at Parkhead on youtube and use Screamadelica as the soundtrack - When Thommo played, we nearly always finished Higher than the Hun.!

Ha- I like it- although I don't think We're Losing More Than We'll Ever Have in this instance- ok ok, different album...

Some great goals, great crosses, and even great runs down the left before he decided he didn't want to *do* running anymore. Also he was a big game player, wasn't he?

He was well paid, no doubt, but he was certainly an integral part of that Seville team. Also, if he'd ever knuckled down to it, I always thought he could have learned to become the left back we really needed before Naylor came along, but he just obviously didn't want to play there, which is fair enough...

Not sure- I just cribbed them from somewhere online. I opened a thread on Celtic Minded, because I thought he might have had a League Cup medal too, from the Killie game, but apparently he was suspended? Don't know...

What are the four at Celtic Park- free kick in the three nil game, tap in in his first season in a one nil game, winner in Juninho's debut, oh and a goal in Lubo's last game? Maybe so, aye...

I think that was Lubo's last Old Firm game- I remember Lovenkrands's goal- hit it from the corner of the box... Actually I remember now that the trophies bit came from the official site, which I assume counted CIS Cup medals!
